We will supply, deliver & install the rental product only. Power & water supply for cooling machines responsibility of client. Gas bottles for heaters supplied by HydroCool on setup at an additional cost of each one, any refills will be at the clients account. Client will sign acceptance of rental product in the condition it was delivered. Any damage to equipment will be charged to the client accordingly.

Should I rent an evaporative air cooler or portable A/C?

Answer

The rule of thumb is that evaporative air coolers are used for open areas, while rented portable A/C’s are used indoors (and spot cooling outdoors). So never think about using evaporative coolers in a closed room, because humidity will increase extremely without ventilation (check how they work).

How many air coolers should I rent for my outdoor party?

Answer

In most cases, We suggest one “8000m3/h” cooler for every 4 guests or small table, or “18000m3/h” cooler near bigger tables. However, this varies according to weather, furniture layout and other things. Please give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Should I rent Gas or Electric heaters?

Answer

Since “renting” means “temporary” setup, usually there is no power source at the locations that need heating. So we could say that mostly, only gas patio heaters are rented. However, If power source is accessible easily and there is no much space, an electric wall/pole mounted heater could be an option.

How many patio heaters should I rent for my outdoor event in UAE?

Answer

Considering our 40,000btu mushroom heater, 1 is enough for 150 to 200sqm. So mostly in UAE’s weather, one each 6-7 meters should heat enough. There are some estimation calculations based on needed temperature rise, but you can always call us ahead to plan.
