2. Services
[hydrocool.co] offers outdoor cooling and heating products for sale and rental within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).3. Age Restriction
Users must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction to purchase or rent our products. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Product Purchases
4.1 Refund Policy: We offer a refund within one week after delivery if the delivered unit is not as described or has a manufacturing fault. Returns for other reasons may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
4.2 Warranty: After one week of delivery, no returns are accepted, but products are covered by a 1-year warranty. Under this warranty, units will be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available. For units weighing less than 50kg, customers must bring the product to our warehouse for warranty service.
5. Rental Services
5.1 Inspection: Clients should check rental units upon arrival for any visible issues.
5.2 Issues During Rental: If any issue arises during the rental period, we offer replacement delivery when possible or a refund for the faulty unit fees.
5.3 Return Condition: Rental units must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
6. Shipping and Fees
6.1 Shipping fees are separate from product prices and will be clearly communicated to clients.
6.2 For rentals, units are collected as per original rental dates. Changes to collection dates must be made before the collection truck leaves our warehouse, or a trip charge of 50% of the original shipping quote may be added.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Purchases: Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
7.2 Rentals: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before delivery, except for public holiday rentals, which cannot be cancelled.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use of the website.
